Licensed since 2003, Cindy Greenwald's career has focused primarily on representing real estate buyers and sellers of golf and luxury homes.
Whether selling a $60,000 condo or a multi-million dollar estate, Cindy’s level of service remains consistent. Her goal is always the same, to give her clients the best service and access to her most valued asset, her negotiating skills. Cindy’s uncanny ability to create sales out of “nothing” is a major factor in her success over the years. Her knowledge of the golf and luxury market has kept her in the multi million dollar sales production for years.
She is one of the few agents who offer free "virtual staging" and professional photography for every one of her qualified listings.
During the recession, Cindy achieved full HAFA certification and became an expert in Short Sales. She also received the Pre-Foreclosure Specialist designation in 2010. In concert with her previous partner, she completed over 300 successful short sales. Now that short sales are less prevalent, she is able to negotiate with actual sellers to secure the best possible price and terms for her buyers.
In 2012 Cindy joined the La Jolla team at Berkshire Hathaway. During this time she has continued to develop her own client base but has partnered up with other agents to better serve their client’s needs. She is truly a “team player”. In 2013 Cindy’s was inducted into the “Leading Edge Society”, and received that distinguished award again in 2014.
Prior to Cindy’s entry into the Real Estate industry she was a Professional Member of ASID. Her keen eye for design enhances her skill set so that she is able to “visualize” the potential within every property she sells. Being able to translate that visualization to her clients helps a client understand the true potential of the property they are purchasing.
